- First we prepare our dough. For this, sifted flour, eggs and salt in a bowl with warm water near the cold knead into a hard dough.
- How much water with a good dough by mixing the dough with a more elastic dough we get. Such a dough expands when boiled but does not break.
- We leave the dough we have kneaded to rest in the refrigerator for half an hour by making two cloths.
- We prepare our inner mortar while relaxing our dough. We peel the potatoes in 2-3 mm rings first and then cut them into tiny squares.
- We add salt, pepper, pepper and ground pepper. (Our inner mortar will be from raw potatoes) We prepare garlic yogurt and leave it to one side.
- We take one of our rested gauze first with the help of a rolling pin and then with a rolling pin, we open the pancakes (3 millimetre) thick.
- We're cutting squares three inches thick.
- We prepare the dough from the inside and close it in the form of bundles.
- After all of the boiled salted water in low heat boil for 10-15 minutes.
- Take it to the serving plate and pour yogurt with garlic.
- We serve olive oil and butter mixture before serving.
- For me, it's a perfect taste for those who don't like meat and also say that I can't deal with small ravioli.
