Stuffed Vine Leaves with Olive Oil
Ingredients
- 500 grams of stuffed vine leaves
- 1 cup bulgur / rice or mixed
- 2 onions
- Parsley
- 1 tablespoon tomato paste
- Half a glass of tea with olive oil
- 1 tablespoon pomegranate juice, lemon juice
- mint, pepper, black pepper, salt
Directions
- We chop the onions a little and fry in olive oil, add the tomato paste.
- We add rice and spices and continue to roast.
- Finally add the parsley and add 1 cup of hot water and leave to cook.
- We put water in a small pot and let it boil.
- We put 5-6 grapevine leaves in boiling water and turn the other side and turn to the strainer until the grapevine leaves are finished.
- We take the smooth side of the vine leaf out and put it in the inner mortar and put it in the pot.
- When the wrapping process is finished, we put the pomegranate sour in a bowl.
- We add water on it and pour it into a saucepan.
- Instead of pomegranate juice, you can also use lemon juice. You can also add sour to the inner mortar. If you don't like sour, you can do it without using it at all.
- We close a bowl over the wrap in the saucepan and let it cook before closing the lid.
- Cook for 30-40 minutes.
Enjoy your meal.
