Orka with Olive Oil
Ingredients
- Half kg gumbo
- 2 tomatoes
- 1 teaspoon tomato paste
- 1 onion
- 3 cloves of garlic
- Half a glass of tea with olive oil
- Salt
- 1 teaspoon of sugar
- 1 cup hot water
- Half of lemon juice
Directions
- The stalks of the okra are cleaned and the onions are chopped.
- Tomatoes are grated.
- Garlic is extracted.
- Take the olive oil in the saucepan and kill the onions and garlic, add the tomato paste and tomatoes, fry a little more.
- Add the gumbo and add the lemon juice and salt.
- Cook over low heat by adding hot water.
