Orka with Olive Oil

Ingredients


  • Half kg gumbo
  • 2 tomatoes
  • 1 teaspoon tomato paste
  • 1 onion
  • 3 cloves of garlic
  • Half a glass of tea with olive oil
  • Salt
  • 1 teaspoon of sugar
  • 1 cup hot water
  • Half of lemon juice


Directions


  • The stalks of the okra are cleaned and the onions are chopped.
  • Tomatoes are grated.
  • Garlic is extracted.
  • Take the olive oil in the saucepan and kill the onions and garlic, add the tomato paste and tomatoes, fry a little more.
  • Add the gumbo and add the lemon juice and salt.
  • Cook over low heat by adding hot water.
