Green Beans with Olive Oil
Ingredients
- 1 tea glass of olive oil
- 2 onions
- 500 g of green beans
- 3 tomatoes
- Salt
Directions
- Half a cup of tea is put in a pot of olive oil.
- Chopped edible onions.
- The beans are cleaned and cut as desired.
- Cover the pan and roast 6-7min.
- Then 3 pieces of peeled and chopped tomatoes are added.
- 1 cup hot water is added.
- Cook the beans by closing the lid until the beans are cooked.
- Salt is added without taking from the stove.
- Olive oil is added to the service bowls.
- Served cold.
