Kısır

Ingredients


  • 1 large cup of fine bulgur
  • Half water hot water (for soaking bulgur)
  • 3 leaves of lettuce
  • 1 bunch of parsley
  • 3 fresh onions
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil (for roasting onions)
  • 1 small cucumber
  • 5 cherry tomatoes
  • 1 medium sharp pepper
  • Half a glass of olive oil (add less)
  • 1 tablespoon of pomegranate juice
  • Black pepper
  • Chilli Peppers
  • Cumin
  • Salt
  • 1 tablespoon pepper paste
  • 1 teaspoon tomato paste
  • 1 clove of garlic
  • 1 small onion


Directions

  • First of all, we're wetting our bulgur with hot water.
  • But with very little water, just as soon as we pour the water itself and immediately close the lid and cover for 5 minutes.
  • In a small pan, add the onion and garlic with 1 tablespoon of olive oil.
  • We roast two more minutes and turn off the stove.
  • We pour it into bulgur and add all spices, pomegranate sour and 1 tea glass of olive oil.
  • Add the finely chopped greens and feed them together, then add the latest tomatoes, mix and serve.
